The story

I was born in Romania, in Transylvania, and grew up with Romanian and Hungarian. Later, life took me to Germany, where I’ve worked as a medical doctor for more than two decades.
Music has always been my parallel world — a place where language, emotion, and rhythm meet. Dr. Flo is the point where my background, cultures, and curiosity about new technology come together.

What I make

Dr. Flo is about songs that feel immediate and accessible — from uplifting pop and high-energy mixes to cinematic moods and seasonal releases.
Because language shapes emotion, I publish across four languages (RO/DE/HU/EN), so listeners can connect in the words that feel most natural.

🇬🇧 — Music does not need permission to exist

Digital music distribution has become fragmented and increasingly opaque. The same release may be published immediately by Apple Music, Amazon Music or TIDAL, delayed by YouTube, and silently absent from other services. Distributors and streaming platforms apply different, changing rules, often without offering a clear explanation or a meaningful way to challenge a decision.

That is why the complete Dr. Flo catalog is also available directly here. This is not a retreat from streaming platforms. It is a way to ensure that the music does not depend entirely on decisions made by private systems beyond the control of both the artist and the audience.

At Dr. Flo, artificial intelligence is a creative tool. The ideas, lyrics, selection, artistic direction, revision and final decisions remain human.

There is music that moves us and music that does not. The technology behind it is secondary. What matters is whether it reaches us, says something to us and makes us want to listen again.

The audience does not need a guardian. It can decide for itself.

Derselbe Titel kann von Apple Music, Amazon Music oder TIDAL sofort veröffentlicht, von YouTube verzögert und von anderen Plattformen ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung übergangen werden. Distributoren und Streamingdienste wenden unterschiedliche, wechselnde und häufig kaum überprüfbare Regeln an.

Deshalb ist der Dr.-Flo-Katalog auch direkt hier zu hören. Nicht als Rückzug aus der Streamingwelt, sondern damit die Existenz der Musik nicht vollständig von Entscheidungen privater Plattformen abhängig ist, auf die weder Künstler noch Publikum wirklichen Einfluss haben.

Bei Dr. Flo ist künstliche Intelligenz ein Werkzeug. Idee, Texte, Auswahl, künstlerische Richtung, Überarbeitung und endgültige Entscheidung bleiben menschliche Arbeit.

I curate, refine, and release only what fits the Dr. Flo sound and story. Every release is selected intentionally, with a focus on listenability, mood, and cultural tone.
